When should I replace my kirby belt.
A. Locate the green LED Light on the front of your Kirby Head unit. As shown by the red arrow in the picture on the left.
B. This light should be on (green •) at all times while you vacuum the carpet.
C. If the light flickers or goes off, please change your belt or contact us.

How to find my kirby's serial number?
Your Kirby serial number is engraved into the right hand side of your machine.
My Kirby vacuum have lost most of it's suction!
Rule 1: Check that your brush belt is on correctly. If the belt is on correctly the Green LED Light in the corner of your head unit will light up and stay on while you vacuum.
Rule 2: The inner bag is full. If the dirt is above the indicator line found half way up the bag, the bag should be changed.
Finally: The engine could be blocked, call for assistance.
